That annoying "This is Rachel with credit card services" recording. The rep was rude when I asked to be placed on their do not call list (which I have several times). My number is on the national registry. I filed a complaint.

This is the same company that keeps calling to "lower my credit card debt". There is no answer when I call back. There is no way to remove my number from their list. I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.

Won't stop calling even when you choose option to say stop. Says you can get a lower interest rate as a cold call. This is pure harrassment.
