Call from Oregon number at 0956 EST, meaning he was allegedly calling before 7 a.m. Pacific. Once I answered it took him about ten seconds to realize I had and to start talking. "Hi, I'm _____ with Security Solutions. How are you doing today?" I simply replied that I am on the federal do not call list and hung up.
