They called me in SPANISH this morning... not sure how to get them to take me off their list if I cannot understand what they are saying.

These calls started the other day with 402-982-0779 (Omaha,NE) and now today 978-570-2241 (Massachusetts). I have not idea how they got my number which is registered with the "Do Not Call" registry. When I call these back, it's a recording saying to press "1" to be removed from their call list. Well, I don't trust it and will just file a complaint with the registry. I f'n hate spammers and solicitors!

I to got a phone call from this same number how ever it was a debt loan service, The company name however was Debt relief something in orange county. They were asking me for information. They asked if i had more than 10k in debt to press 0 for a live operator, although i double check and its the exact same phone number. So i wonder if this a paid telemarketing phone #?.... they can change from place to place.

Had a silent 1-second voice-message yesterday from 978-570-2241. I don't believe they call my number regularly (if they do, they never leave a message long enough to trigger voice-mail). I'm in Ontario (Canada). If this is a US outfit, why do they call Canadian phone numbers? Can they pull off a scam in Canada?

Got the same bs about getting out of debt. I called back and left a message saying I needed help (but didn't leave my phone #). Another # (858-555-5555) called back which I didn't answer. The 858 # left a voice message with yet another phone # with extension and a customer #. Called back and spoke to a live person to get off the damn list. Told him it's my work phone and I can't take this BS calls on a work phone. It may not work but at least I got to talk to a live person. If it happens again, I think I'll pull the same trick and see if I can talk to their supervisor.

This telemarketing company name is, Teleport Communication Group. Which they are operating out of Boston, MA. Their phone number is, (978) 570-2241. And they have been constantly annoying me every, 2 to 3 days. With their pre-recorded messaging machine.

I am on the national do not call registry and this is the second time I have received this call. As the other folks said it started with
402-982-0779 (Omaha,NE) ealier this year and the same voice was on that one that was on this one. Why is it not being stopped. It was an unsolicited call and this registry is supposed to be a list where you can complain about it and the caller gets into some sort of trouble for the calls. Please see that they do.
