They phone and tell you to trun your PC and then try and get you to give them remote access.
As soon as I asked why they wanted me to do this and what part of Microsoft they worked for they started to back pedal.
I asked for the regional manager and number they hung up.
This number 9999 100132 is Vodaphone and is a tricked ID probably originating in New Delhi.
DO NOT DO AS THEY ASK UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PC COMPRIMISED.
They are NOT Microsoft nor are they legitimate.
