Michelle Rubel- called regarding an old payday loan i supposedly had with them. They called my work number which is illegal, I told them I filed bankruptcy and they were requesting payment. I told them to remove my number, i told them I am calling my lawyer and filing charges for illegal collection practices. I am also reporting them to the FTC as I do not believe they are representing the company name they are using.
