National Renewable Energy Center and parent A1 Solar is using spoofed area codes, including 707, 408, 650 and robocalling consumers continuousl. Telemarketers claim that federal Do Not Call regulations don't apply to them, which is a lie. They also claim they are patnering with PGE in their robocalling and telemarketing and disturbing you, which is also untrue. Don't put up with the robocolling and telemarketing. Complain to your local District Attorney, federal Department of Justice, local PD, State Attorney General's office, and CALL the Federal Communications Commission to file a complaint about the robocalls, telemarketing, and violations of the Do Not Call regulations.

As already reported, this is a company with BLATANT disregard for the National Do Not Call List, and throws all requests to be removed from their call list in the toilet, then call again, 2-3 times per day, 7 days a week.
They are the "National Renewable Energy Center" with conspicuously scant website at the ever so clever "www.nationalrenewableenergycenter.com" (playing off the REAL National Renewable Energy Laboratory, in Golden, CO., www.nrel.gov. This is a Federally funded, actual, national laboratory) The website has no names, no location, no contacts. Just a single phone number.
They describe themselves as a referall company like "1-800-Dentists". I'd say these dirtbags ARE like 1-800-Dentists, with all the pain and none of the gain.
