First I received two emails (different names same format), one at 11:59 pm last night, asking to download chat apps for this job I never applied for at Abbott Company LLC. Upon ignoring that I received a text today 4/7/15 at about 11:30am from this number saying "Hello and how are you, is this (my name)". I told them it was a biz line that I am connected to (because I had no idea who this was texting my phone) and they then stated "Good day i hope you are doing great! I am Mr Cameron Stokes i am the Director of Quality Control and Employee Compliance of (Abbott Company.), I am contacting you in regards to your resume posted , Let me know once you get this..." now I dont know about anyone else but I have NEVER heard of a company texting people when they are interested in offering them a job or interview. The format of the text was all the way off and unprofessional and now that I am reading other peoples posts it is a different name/company with the same number and they are using but the same "we found your resume" scam. Its CLEARLY someone fishing for information from people.

yes i just went through the same thing and called the police to start an investigation.....i told mr stokes what i had done he complete removed me off gmail and deleted the account smh i have never in my life been so angry because its people who need jobs like my self and to be bamboozled its a shame i also called abbott and spoke to the head of hr and gave him the infomation so they are conducting they own investigation sorry you had to deal with this pal
