My call was exactly like Christina's, except for the amount of the loan. It was scary! He had ALL my informaton, he said from a loan I had made and never paid back. I have made loans over the internet, but they are all paid back. I did not realize all that information was accessible to others, so I am really concerned now. Is there anything I can do about it?

CALLED AND SAID THAT I TOOK OUT A $400 LOAN AND NEVER PAY IT BACK SO THEY ARE TAKING ME TO COURT. I NEVER FILLED OUT AN APPLICATION FOR ANY OF THIS AND THEY HAVE ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFO SUCH AS SS#, PARENTS NAMES AND #S, ADDRRESS, BANK NAME AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION. ACCOUNTS ARE ALL CLOSED HA HA! THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM I'VE READ WAY TO MANY WEBSITES THAT POSTED TO MANY THINGS THAT WERE CLOSE TO MINE.
