Message stating that I have committed a fraudulent activity on my bank account. Than 2 days later same voice with same company stating that I have 24 hours to contact them that they have obtained information on a debt that I need to pay. If i do not contact them that there is a legal order for garnishment of my pay check, suspension of my drivers license.

The same person "Stacy" left a voicemail then called me at work and stated that she was coming out to my work and then my house to serve me court papers and told me I must return the call to 855-820-7223; they call themselves ADR ARBITATION. Darryl Miller is whom I spoke with 855-820-7223 litigation department his ext 305, then Jessica (all were english speaking, no accents) ; wanted to transfer you to "banking dept" for electronic funds transfer on "recorded" line to clear debt but here is the BIG RED FLAG...funds would be held for 60 days "in escrow acct" to avoid possible chargebacks, only THEN would you receive confirmation of paid debt to whatever creditor they told you that you owed money to; no provision for cash or money order payments or immediate resolution and confirmation. BEWARE!!!

someone needs to stop this company from calling people.
