they called at my home and it came up unknow name and number but when the called my job they told my manager that they have a criminal case at that it was time sensitive that I call back right away my job got me off the phone to call them back and they told me from what I could understand that I got a payday loan of 8000 dollars and they said that they tryed to get the payment from me and that when they took the money out of my account that I file a fraud claim and now they are after me for fraud of 8000 and that I have court on Friday July 8, 2010 in Ca and asked if I had a attorny but I can seattle out of court if I agreed to the term that they will drop all charges against me. I told them to go fuck themself and to bit me that I don't owe anyone 8000 dollars and hung up on them
