This is a family owned AC, Heating & Plumbing business (Alaskan Home Services) operating in AZ, TX (Dallas-Ft Worth) & Las Vegas. Website is: http://www.homecomfortexperts.com.
I called 602-252-7526 & spoke with a very professional young woman named Bernice, who said they do their own telemarketing calls & she is the Customer Service Manager. I advised her they are NOT following the National No Call List regulating their telemarketing calls & many are complaining to the FTC. She said she was not aware, didn't like getting telemarketing calls herself & would do everything in her power to make sure they START following the No Call List regulations.
If they do NOT, they deserve to be sued for violation of Federal Law!
I filed my complaint online at donotcall.gov! This company has been violating telemarketing laws FAR too long!
