Stand clear of this number. ALEXANDER JULES is one of his alias names. He is a known romance scam artist, who prowled a dating site for the purposes of establishing a romance/sweetheart scam. He requested money because his money was tied up in a Swiss Bank Account. He wanted the money wired to DEBA AGBORSANGAYA JOHN and another man, I.O. OWIE, and a woman named PRISCA JULES. A month later, two accomplices, one posing as JOSEF HUMMELL, identified himself as a Humanitarian Diplomat, working for the International Red Cross, wanted $3800 for a "diplomatic pouch" to be cleared from NY Customs. He said a Western Union moneygram should be sent to ZENADA MOSES, NY. I don't know how many others are involved and doubt this is the first scam they pulled.
