My name is David Whitby and I work for Alliance Heath and Diabetic Connect. An unknown individual in the marketplace is fraudulently using our name “Alliance Health” and “Diabetic Connect” and calling from telephone number 305-722-7430. This telephone number and the individuals using that number are not a part of our company. This is a misrepresentation of Alliance Health and they do not have our permission to use the name “Alliance Health” or “Diabetic Connect”. We want to put an end to this as soon as possible.
The persons involved in this operation are calling illegally and we need your help to stop them. If you have received a call from this number and would like to speak with me directly, you can contact me between 9am – 5pm MST, Monday – Friday at 801-708-7873. We thank you for your help stopping this fraudulent activity.

On April 3, 2012 at 7:20pm PST received a call from Alliance Health/Diabetic Connect. The person, Tony, stated that he was calling about a request for information that we made on the Diabetic Connect web site. We have never been on the site. Appears to be an attempt to generate sales through misrepresentation
