I also got a call about 2 months ago and now today 11-19-2012 telling me the same thing same law firm Anderson, the guys name was dave bentley telling me I took out a loan for $300 and they were going to take action against me and I would have to pay up to $3,000 if it goes to court and do I want to pay it or deny well I never took a loan out so I don't know what this idiot is talking about told me I would get fired from my job and taken up on fraud charges looks like alot of scams are going on .......

So far two calls from these idiots. First from an Indian named Harry in Ca telling me I am under investiaton witht the Ca Attrny. Generals Office. Now I have an inaudible Indian calling from Florida telling me my ss# is under investigation. Won't tell me any details unless I give him my ss#. When I say no he has the balls to say "Do you think this is a scam"? Hell ya! Waiting for the A$$hole to call back so I can really tell him what I think. I block the number and they come back from another. Was advised to call the police and change my number. They can call all they want. Ain't changing my number for these scumbags!
