This has been happening to me all week from multiple numbers. I'm on call for work, so I have to answer my phone. IIt's a robo dialer possibly on a VOIP system from overseas. The accent is usually foreign, Asisan or Indian. These are scammers, trolling for information to get you to provide your DOB, SSN and tell you that you opened a Pay Day Advance Loan. It's a scam. Do not answer any of their questions. Tell them you are calling the FBI and CIA, they quickly hang up. Numbers from NY, CA, FL and TX area codes are used. I've reported it to Verizon Wireless and alerted my bank to monitor any suspicious activity. I did not give the scammers any information.

Said they can assure me I have an outstanding debt. Wanted me to verify all personal data advised not verifying anything so told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I have no outstanding debts and I review my credit report and all new information daily.
