If you get a call from these people please report to the FBI Financial Crimes Unit, State Attorney Generals Office, CFPB, NC Special Investigations Unit, SC Dept of Consumer Affairs, and any law enforcement agency you can to make they aware. These companies are scammers.

Please dont be afraid and remember the more people that report them the better chance we have of getting them arrested!!!!

I received a call from a company located in company called Card Processing Services LLC 1001 E WT Harris Blvd, Suite 153 Charlotte, NC 28213.

Company is a debt collection company that calls the customers. They presented themselves as companies called Nationwide Asset and Recovery, Card Processing Services, LLC and Berkeley Hughes LLC all collecting for Cash Smart Advance / Loans.com. The company Cash Smart Advance does not exist and the collections company Berkeley Hughes called me demanding the payment of $2000 or a court summons will be served in Collin County Texas and threatened wage garnishments and said that a US Marshal would serve the warrant for arrest for wire fraud. I never had a loan with this company and due to the threat I was scared and paid the $900 to the company Nationwide Asset & Recovery who now does not exist. I told Berkeley and Associates that I had documentation that the loan was paid and they still threatened me. they will not give a address or phone number but when they set up payments for Bloom & Smith LLC the payment letter says the payments will be under the 855-506-9339 which is tied to both Card Processing Systems and Berkeley Hughes LLC. The address listed for both companies is Berkeley Hughes LLC at 2025 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill SC, 29732 & Card Processing Services LLC 1001 E WT Harris Blvd, Suite 153 Charlotte, NC 28213
