First asked for one name then changed to another name said she was given authority to execute a summons regarding evidence against me and a legal review said I was a person of interest gave a case number. Then she said I had been legally served gave contact telephone number

Said it was Richard Burns from the law offices of APR & Associates. Thought I was Thomas Lynn Sr., and was looking for a Miss Ryan Miller. Said to call Burns back at 844-695-5369. This is a toll-free number - so I'm calling bullsh*t on this.
Call showed up as UNKNOWN on my cell... so if they're not willing to properly identify themselves I'm sure they're not legitimate
