Arbitrary Services

Claimed to be from financial fraud division. Said she and her colleagues had tried several times to get a hold of me. Said that I needed to get back to her by the end of the day before the case went to prosecution. Left a fake case number. It was creepy because she knew my name and my father's name. I don't know where she got the number, but the call was so unprofessional, I couldn't believe it. Also, I know that I don't have any outstanding debts that would warrant a debt collector.
