Got a call from this number saying i have 2 case open for a fraud when i call them back they got really agressive and try to scare me and say i was gonna go to jail

I have NEVER gotten/applied/received a pay day loan!

They call and identify themselves as detectives, police, litigation attorneys, etc. They call anyone with the same last name threatening them with prosecution and will not give out their address or full company name. They just keep harassing.

Got a text message from 813 515 1802 stating I had won their contest. I never entered such a contest. The text comes from "tqqqlmmpabs". This is obviously a scam.
