The Call was left in my voice mail from an unknown caller. He stated that a law suit had been brought against me and if I didn't contact Attorney Sam Wilson at 850-725-7078 in order to settle this law suit. If I didn't within 30 minutes officers from the Oakland County Sheriffs office would come and arrest me.

This person claim to be the Attorney General's office and then they claimed to be an attorney's office who was looking for a certain person. I this women that I could not give any information about this person. Isn't it AGAINST THE LAW to mislead/lie about what creditor you are calling representing. These people use strong-arm tactics (lying) to get to the person they are really looking for. We as consumers should be able to SUE these people who are lying about who they really are!!!!!!!
