Sick to death of these calls. I already have 6 numbers for these people and have them all on my block list. Why can't we stop these calls?

Call came in from 443-270-9457. Recording said they were looking for this person **---** for a while now. Press 1 if I was not this person or 2 if I was or call back on 1-800-824-6191. Don't know this person. I just moved here 2 months ago. I just got this phone# 2 months ago. The calls started from them last month. I do not want to contact them after looking them up on the web because they sound like people I will never get rid of but the calls are repeated all day long. I just let the machine answer but I need to stop them.
