Badge 4165

A message left on our phone from the Tax Department, badge 4165, said we needed to call 202-738-4446 about US Treasury Tax Fraud against "your name" or we have to appear in court and could go to jail. We know that the IRS does not phone tax payers, they send a letter, but we were anxious about the call anyway. Our caller ID record said the number calling was Unknown and the number was Unknown. No legitimate call from a government office would be caller unknown, number unknown.

A message was left on my recorder. It was a computerized woman's voice. I was told I would be arrested for something to do with taxes and it was a federal offense. I must call this # 202-738-4446 immediately so as not to be arrested. It came from 515-555-0137 Ohio
