The same exact scenario here. Do not call, it is a verified SCAM. If not sure call the number on the back of your actual credit/debit card to confirm.

Text to my cell phone. Same as above from vtext.com said my BOA card had been locked and to press "1" to reactivate. When you press1, then they want you to enter your card number. SCAM
