I just got the same call from that number and have confirmed with Barclay that it is a scam. If you are concerned that there is an issue with your account call the number listed on the back of your credit card...

Computer voice (female) claims to be calling from Barclay Card Services. A couple prompts, then they ask you to punch in your credit card number. Don't.
