Called my son-in-law (how they got number i don't have) looking for me, Laura, but when they called number back they couldn't get them to give info on what it was about except that it's a suit against me. I callef and was told it was a "payday"loan from 2009 from Knox or Knoxville Ventures.
I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS BUT HAVE TO PAY IT. THEY EVEN SET UP REPAY PLAN AND SENT EMAIL FOR MY SIGNATURE. I CAN'T AFFORD THIS ADDED EXPENSE AND DON'T WANT TO SIGN. WHAT CAN I DO??
