This is the second call from this number saying they had an account that needed to be paid and threatening court over something from "Bottom Dollar". However, when asked if they would please mail what they had, they said they could email it. When requested again to mail they did not take the address and ultimately hung up saying good luck see you in court.

If you get a call from these people please report to the FBI Financial Crimes Unit, State Attorney Generals Office, CFPB, NC Special Investigations Unit, SC Dept of Consumer Affairs, and any law enforcement agency you can to make they aware. These companies are scammers.
Please dont be afraid and remember the more people that report them the better chance we have of getting them arrested!!!!
I received a call from a company located in company called Card Processing Services LLC 1001 E WT Harris Blvd, Suite 153 Charlotte, NC 28213.
The company called me trying to get payment for a debt that I have never owed and would not give me the name of the original creditor or any information that I needed to verify the debt. They told me if I did not pay they were going to send US Marshals to my house to serve papers in Texas for wire fraud. They would not provide any information except that the payment would be accepted for Bloom and Smith LLC by the company in Rock Hill called Berkeley & Hughes and digitally signed by the company Card processing Services LLC 1001 E WT Harris Blvd, Suite 153 Charlotte, NC 28213.
Company is a debt collection company that calls the customers. They presented themselves as companies called Nationwide Asset and Recovery, Card Processing Services, LLC and Berkeley Hughes LLC all collecting for Cash Smart Advance / Loans.com.
Basically every three months the reinvent the name and try to threaten you to collect on the same debt by telling you the last company that you paid should have never collected the debt. (Even though it was them with a different name).

I have received at least 25 phone calls from this company looking for my ex-mother in law of over 15 years I have done everything to stop them from calling me and harassing me over someone else debt I am sick of it don't know what else to do except file a law suit.

Caller has called 5 times this morning insisting i owed a debt, with said company. Knew all my personal info and names of other family numbers as well. Ive contacted local law enforcement in regards too.
