My 11 year old niece just rec'd a call from 860-616-4086 - it was a man and told her that he just came across her picture in our high school year book and wanted to tell you "That i always thought you were lovely and never had the confidence to tell you in person".
This kid is 11 and not in high school. I tried to dial the number back but all i get is a beep. I want to report this caller as he is calling children on personal cellphones. How did get her number as he said he looked her up on line and her phone is not even in her name - not even same last name.
