im just going off what i know from doing one of these before i booked with this company they dont alow 4 adults in one room and i dont know who would want to share a room with another couple anyways even after you pay the extra room fee it is still thousands of dollars cheaper then booking other wize

This happened to me too! They said in order for the two other people to go through with the promotion without the extra $800/$900, they would have to be in another resort. That is ridiculous! Did you get a refund even with the penalty charge?

Rip off's!!! They told me this BS story that I had to pay an additional $700 for an extra room since it was 4 of us in our group. Ofcourse they never mentioned this before they charged $250 on my credit card just to reserve my spot!! I wouldn't do business with these people. Oh and did I mentioned that one of the operators began cursing at me over the phone when I questioned their tactics!!!!! So unprofessional!!!!

I received a fax from this number for an all inclusive vacation with 50% off airfare for $399.00 Curiosity got the best of me and I called. I spoke with a woman named Rose and ended up paying for part of the deal to book it. A few days later I called back to confirm my travel dates and they gave me some B.S. about how the resort had changed their rules and that it would be an extra $400 to keep the trip reserved. I asked about getting my money back and when speaking to the manager Neil he said I could absolutely get my money back but that they charged a 50% cancellation fee! It was a load of crap. I asked to get a copy of the resorts policy stating the change of rules he was telling me about. He said he'd send it to me but never did. This place is a scam and a rip off. Also whenever I asked about the 50% off airfare they'd transfer me to another "department" and then but me on hold and never answer. This company is full of a bunch of liars, beware! They got $800 dollars out of me for my stupidity. Hope the trip turns out ok.

i booked with this company too. i traveled to the villa del palmar cancun had a blast. I would book again!!! they do show you the property while your there big whoppi due saved thousands!!! no sales pitch just view of the resort thats all!!!!!!
