I got a call from them saying the same and threatening to take my call. They misrepresent themselves as a legal company. So I called them back and was told I was being transferred to their "legal department." Since I already had a good idea that they are a fraud, I immediately asked that the call be recorded. Then I told them that the statute of limitations had passed and that I would not be giving them my credit card # over the phone. The woman said, "That's fine, wait for your summons." She hung up on me, so I called back and the woman said "we have already passed your case to be processed." When I asked for more info she said "You said you weren't going to give us your credit card number over the phone so you'll be receiving a subpoena" and hung up on me again. She also refused to give me the phone number of the supposed person I owed. Any legit company would work out payment arrangements without having to give your credit card number over the phone. Any legit company wouldn't misrepresent themselves as a legal firm. They're a scam. I've already filed a BBB report against them.

I also just got a call from 855-295-4772 they left a message and a case # threatening to take me to court and to have my attorney contact them. I am not falling for this it is a scam I will not be giving any of my credit card information to them. If this were to be true it would be a civil matter and you would have received a summons from your local court to appear. The would not be calling you JS Resolution is just trying to get some money from you, I cam contacting the BBB in regards to this company

I got a call from these numbers and was told a police officer will be to my home within a hour, no knock at my door yet, its been 2 hrs. I have contacted the bbb and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau I would suggest you all do the same and file a complaint.

Did you lose your job because of these people calling you at work? If so, I'm sorry AND you should sue your old employer for firing you based upon false accusations, if that is in fact the case.

i got the same call today And was scared which is why I googled the number they gave me.some case number and said good luck at the end. It is so annoying that they get your info and can threaten you like that. Gives me peace knowing that I'm not the only one

I just call a call from 855-296-7966 stating a pay day loan not paid in 2004 and threat litigation. Have social number. Used former last name along with summons #. They were not aware of state's statute of debt limitations. Using scare tactics if not paid stating fraud/could be arrested. This is a SCAM!

I got the same call here aswell they got my imfom aswell that sucks scamming people for money I look up for the company the no website at all about them. they also told me that I was a fraud taking me to court ect ect ...

That is the current phone number harassing me.
These people have tried to scam money out of me by using scare tactics! I finally got a lawyer (I paid for) to help me with this. They have all my info including my social and now they are calling my son and my husband, but not me! They threaten going to litigation or court and that I will be served! They want my credit card to pay for this. They haven't done anything so far. They claim I didn't pay a payday loan. It was actually someone else with the same name. I have proof that I didn't even have the loan they are talking about. I gave all info to my lawyer, but all he can do is mail or fax to them and they change addresses and numbers all the time.

They called me as well. When they say this call is being recorded, simply say, it's only fair to warn you that I am recording this call as well. They will hang up and never call you again. and they will not accept your calls either.
