Please report this illegal collection activity. The company is not a legitimate collection agency. Block all calls or they will continue to harass you and relatives. Please go to www.consumerfinance.gov and file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They need to be stopped. Recent posts on the web now show them collecting under other names.

They just called me and threaten me with court action but said she could try to work it out if I could set up payments. I have consolidated my debt last July. And now I am getting these crazy phone calls. They are also calling my relatives.

This company is posing as a collection agency but its actually a scam. They purchase lists from on line lenders and use it improperly to target people. They threaten legal actions and call all relatives associated with you. They claim there are court cases pending. They refuse to identify their business license, refuse to validate debt and get nasty when you ask for the Information. Please report them to the Federal Trade Commission, The FBI and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They are scammers.

I received 3 calls in one day and finally picked up. A man named "Bruce" with an Indian accent told me he was an "education advisor" and was calling to help me with my education.
I said I wasn't interested but he just went on with his pitch not letting me get a word in edge-wise.
I finally just repeated "no" about 3 times at witch point he started repeating my name like a robot almost as if he was stuttering. Then he kept repeating my email address to me, as if mocking the fact I had actually interrupted him to say "no" 3 times.
Unbelievable, looks like we're dealing with junior high level sense of humor, and even less in the way of intelligence. I'll never know what type of education advice he could have given me.
