I get calls from these people almost two times a week. I knew they were spammers from "Cardholder Services." I answered the call, followed the prompt and pressed 1 to tell them to remove me from their list. Usually when I do this someone just hangs up on me. This time, however, the man said "Shut up B*tch!" Please, these people MUST be stopped.

I pressed 1 to be connected to an associate and was put into a queue.
Once I had a live person, I asked what company they were affiliated with and was immediately disconnected.
Call did not drop - associate hung up on me. Makes me think this is some sort of scam.

between him and his so called supervisor i was able to keep them on the phone for a record breaking 24 minutes.I CHALLAGE ANYONE TO BEAT THIS RECORD. I HAVE AN APP THAT I DOWN LOADED FREE FROM THE APPSTORE THAT RECORDS ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING PHONE CALLS. i have played this for my friends and now we wager on who can keep these assholes on thephone the longest. their are points given if you can record more then one person on the same call. and even more points if you can raise their blood pressure and make them ell. I just received a call from this number, and it was a scam. He told me he was calling to lower my interest rates on my credit card and this was a one time offer. He went on to ask me all of my credit card information and my social security number. I hung up on him and he tried to call me back after telling me I was missing out on an offer. When I tried to call the number back it does not take phone calls. My bank knows nothing about this. He actually got pretty upset that I wouldn't give him any information. He was very pushy and I told him I knew he was scamming me. Do not give him any information as the bank would not have a telemarketer call you. And absolutely do not give him any details about your credit card at all!
