The caller stated I have a case out of the state attorneys office in my jurisdiction and named my county and 210-556-1747 and stated that I have numerous complaints and gave me a case number. I asked for the name of the company, and she state the Fraud and Economic Unit. I said What company? She said they are corporate attorneys, so I asked for their names and she said she didn't like my tone and said she will file a case against me.

Multiple threatening calls that are not specific but bits of personal info enough to make you believe they could be legit. She is nasty and bully's trying to scare people into making payment for stuff not even done but twists details enough into making you wonder if someone used your info to commit a crime and if you need to fix it to keep your name in good standings. Total scam and just crappy people

They left a voice recording on my ex-wife's cell phone.. (we've been divorced for over 25 yrs and she lives in another city) 1st part of message was a recorded message then the call was picked up by a person saying she was Catherine Waters from ECU and was investigating a legal complaint against me and they wanted to hear her part of the story. They asked her or a legal representative to call this number within the hour.
It's some sort of scam...
