Was calling in regaurds to a summons to appear in court for a company and was basically trying to strong arm me into settlment arrangements that under the pretence of a debt owed from 1999. There was no proof of it and was only a scam so I contacted my attorney and also asked them to fax the information to them and Quess what they didn't comply!!!

Threatened to sue if I don't pay them over the phone. Told them to furnish me with paperwork of the claim. Caller said she would but nothing in the mail until now.

I being charged with blah blah blah....couldn't understand what she was really saying. They have my social security number and they are sending documents to my home and place of employment. When I called back it was something about a payday loan from 9/2006. When I said I didn't know anything about it the gal said I better get a lawyer and they would see me in court. I told her not to call me again!
