Collection agency calling on an old cell bill. The person on the other end tried telling me to give my bank account information to set up payment arrangements. I asked for paperwork to be sent. The caller refused. Statues of limitations on credit debit in NJ is 6 years. This has been well over 6 years and does not appear on my credit history. It has been written off.
