yes this is a scam, I also got a call from a debt from 2003, stated that I would be served a subpoena at my home or work place, they still haven't showed up, wish they would I got the cops on speed dial alleged "Detective Carter" so she say.

company called making threats to charge me with something from 2005. The alleged banking institution has no record of this so-called debt I have with this fraudulent company.
