I got the same email with the same numbers. Kinemed is a real company but "Chris Bailey" is not part of it.
I replied with an email to both him and kinemed.com.
Next forward to spam@uce.gov federal spam investigators.

I thought this was just a scam from another collection agency. They called my work looking for me and told my boss they were going to "serve me" unless I contacted another company that was handling my case. I called them and it was over a payday load I had like 5 years ago. I talked to someone named Chris Bailey, he wasn't rude but he tell me their company was filing a lawsuit against me for this loan.
My older sister works for the court house he said they were going to file the case at. So I called her and told her what happened and she said she would call me if she say a case filed against me. about two weeks later my sister called me and they really did file a case against me.
My sister told me, since I haven't been served, call them back and try to settle before it goes any further. I did and just paid them and got the paper saying I took care of it. They also had the case pulled from the court. Holy cow that was scary!

I found an email today from Chris Bailey at Kinemed as well in my junk email at work. Same phone numbers. I have no idea who they are. They appeared to have "doctored up" an email I sent to someone as it appears he is responding to something I "supposedly" wrote 2 days ago asking for more time to pay. Complete crap!
