I too got a call from this number from an Indian dude who called himself 'Eric Foster' threatening dire consequences if I didn't call back.

Do not pay attention to these calls. This is a scam. If you receive their call again, just ask them which city in India they are calling from, keep insisting and they might break down and revel truth. I did the same and spoke to that person for half hour discussing of their operations and scams.
Remember, Federal Govt. Agencies never call anyone. They will write you if there is any issue.

Received a phone call from 202.241.6439 from someone saying that her name was Christina Jones with a heavy foreign accent. She said she was a detective with the IRS and that if either myself or my attorney didn't call them back then they wished me the best of luck. I didn't return the phone call.

I received a call today(6/25/2014) from a woman who claimed she was with the IRS. She said there was a lawsuit against me and if I did not return the call and pay the amount,then they would have me arrested!! I did not return her call as I know it is a scam!! Her name was also Christina Jones!!
