I got a call from "Private Number" which I let go to vm. This is the message I later retrieved:
"This message is intended for "Amy (insert my previous married name here). My name is Cindy White. I'm calling regarding some documents that I will bringing to your residence or place of employment tomorrow between 12 and 5 pm. These documents, they do require your signature so, make sure that you have a valid ID with you. If you have any questions concerning this matter you will need to contact the claimant directly at 800-901-5219. And there is also a claim number attached, which is DST-xxx. Now, if you do resolve this matter with that office, make sure they send me a stop order immediately. Amy (old last name), you have been notified."

I received the same call for someone in my family with all the same verbiege just different claim number. "Cindy White" will NEVER come to our place of residence OR employment. Threats don't work but I'd like to meet Ms White.
