This is a absolute annoying system and nothing more then plain harrasment...I called their regular number 888-288-6601...which is supposedly their customer service number...you are promptly transferred to someone in India who you can barely understand I asked to be transferred back to the US..and was refused
CITI wake up...
PEOPLE DON'T use these people ( CITI ) in the future maybe they will get the message

The calls I've been getting from this number are all nonsense and annoying. Sometimes they leave no messages, other times I just hear a fax beep. I also answered a couple of times but they just hung up. What is the matter with this company? Don't they have better and more important things to do?
