I don't owe Citibank anything although I do have a credit card with them. It's just so annoying that they have to call me several times a day without leaving any message. What do they want? I can check my card transactions online and there is no fraudulent charge whatsoever so there really is no reason for them to call me.

They automated message said they were calling on behave of Citi Bank in regards to a Best Buy Credit Card. We do not do business with either company. To ensure our identity was not compromised, I called them back to let "Citi Bank" know that we have not opened an account with them. I happened to get a sweet old lady that said "This is my cellphone and I only use it for emergencies." I will be calling both Citi Bank and Best Buy to let them know of this scam.
