These calls have been happening to my roommate and I ever since Michele Wells aka Michele Juttner aka Michele Leona Juttner, aka Michele Leona Wells, aka Michele Leona Emmons, and other aliases, moved in. People were in the background laughing during the call. Calls from numerous numbers including this one have been made to my roommate and I. I just barely got my phone number changed and these calls have continued, almost immediately. Michele's cell # is 8025854250 I will report more numbers I get harassing/scamming calls from. I believe Michele is a sociopath.
