I have received several calls from this number and I had asked to be removed from their calling list but they just keep calling and yesterday took the cake! I asked for a supervisor and they transferred me to yet another person with a heavy accent, like Iran or the like, and he got snotty with me and told me to "shut up and slow down and listen" and he could explain that my computer had sent an error message to Microsoft and they were doing me a service by calling me to fix it! I would have slapped him if he had been standing in front of me. Anyway I told him I think this is a scam and I wanted a number to call Microsoft directly and he starts in on the let me walk you through fixing your computer! There is nothing wrong with my computer! I got fed up and told him where to go and hung up. I am thinking they will call back anyway...idiots.

I got the same call just now and same attitude, when I asked how he got my phone number he said" dont you have windows?" ok yeah but that doesnt answer how you got my phone number? he says " dont you want your computer fixed?" I again said " how did you get my phone number?" he said just read whats on your screen? I said there is nothing on my screen. He then said "I need to verify your id number" I said ok so you tell me my id number. He said " you just need to read me the number you see on the bottom line" I said again you tell me the number I will tell you if your right or wrong. He said " DO YOU SEE THE NUMBER JUST READ IT TO ME" I then said tell you what give me a number I can call you back on and I will have my IT husband call you back! He says " what" I said give me a number and I will have my husband who works in IT call you back. he hung up the phone lol
