Claims to be with IRS

Called back robodial message. Guy with foreign accent tells me he is with the IRS and they are coming after me..or getting a warrant...or something. I question him about the agency and his location and he gets pissed and tells me to go F myself...soooooo Now I just call them back whenever I think about it and see if he still feels the same way
