I am on the Do Not Call list and still get calls from companies that I have not requested, odered or otherwise asked for anything. Once again, a government department cannot handle the Do Not Call as it is supposed to work.

Received a letter from them about my mortgage and lowering my payments. No return address on the post card. Spoke with Michelle and she said that she knows who she works for ( Client Services), but she is not sure what company she is answering for until you give her the information from the post card. A little SHADY if u ask me. I didn't give them any info and my number is blocked from people getting my number. Be careful
