Stated i filled out a form for direct contact by them Ive never once gave my cell # to any website nor will i ever. after asking where they got my number she lied and stated i gave it to them via college locator.com

Called the number back - it is a "company" called "College Locate". I spoke with a guy named Scott and told him not to call again. I have a Master's degree and in no way asked to be called by them - this is undoubtedly one of those telemarketing companies that scans job sites like Careerbuilder or Monster and calls unsolicited to people who have posted resumes.
