Is a scammer and a fraud. They said is an offer of a cellphone or a tablet, you choose. They send it supposetly with Fedex by COD so you have to pay when arrived with money order of Western Union or Money Gram ONLY. When you open it is a learning english course and you try to contact them, sometimes they answer, they offer to send you the correct package but is a dead end. Now I call and they hung up on me. Fedex cant do nothing about it, Money Gram can only send you a copy of who change it and dead end. Be careful with these scammers by phone.I LOSE MY MONEY! Make a claim in the FTC Webpage.
