The person(s) barely spoke English and were trying to obtain personal information from Senior Citizens and trying to get them to go to their computer to obtain their info. When we asked for a number to call them back, it was followed by a long pause. So we repeated the question and then they hung up. Other callers could be heard doing the same thing in the background. BEWARE!
