couldnt understand name

posing as a duct cleaning company, they do not comply with DNC list. Call multiple times in they day, sometimes all within the same hour. They will not take you off of their list even when told to. Have been told numerous times that house they are calling has electric heat, but they still want to come, therefore they are planning on ripping me off.

Call from Manager from Royal Vacations asking how I was today. I replied that I was on the do not call list and would be reporting this call, that's how I am today and hung up.
