Have you had any resolve to this issue? The just began calling me today. With the same story.

keeps calling my work and now is asking for proof of payment. In the first few phone calls threatened criminal charges for a pay day loan I'm not sure I had. I did have a few payday loans in the past that I thought i had paid all off but he continued to say that still had a debt and now wants proof. I'm really hoping that this isn't real and I want them to stop calling my work.

John Foster from "CPG Legal Processing" in Missouri left a voicemail where he threatened arrest. He also contacted a relative giving the impression that his call was an emergency and that the relative needed to inform me to return his call within the hour. He also wanted my relative to disclose/verify additional contact information to him. Received several harrasing calls and voicemails from him in one day. Reported agency and John Foster to the FTC.

Keeps calling me and family about a payday loan taken out 3 years ago. Said I could face jail time. Felony charges being pressed against me. That I had 1 hour to make a payment or a warrant would be filed for my arrest.
