I received a call from (361) 385-2919 which was a recording so I called back to ask if they would please take my number off their list as I have gotten several of these call. they said NO and hung up on me. I tried call back but it just rang.

Call received on my minor son's cell phone. I answered, seeing an unknown number. After a recording, a man came on the phone and told me could lower my interest rates, and told me he saw that I used several credit cards, and asked which credit card I would like to reduce the interest rate on. I told him to remove my number from the list, and advised him that I would be reporting the number. He started cussing at me "fuck you, bitch" over and over, with a thick Indian accent.
